Slanted Eyelet Scarf

I recently finished the Slanted Eyelet Scarf from Jan 4th. I used Artyarns Supermerino #136, which is a 100% superwash (machine washable) Merino worsted weight wool (and very delightful to use!), on size US 8 needles. I love how the colors of the yarn made a zigzaggy pattern on the scarf. This picture does not do the yarn justice at all; the colors are vibrant! I'm in love with this yarn, it's absolutely gorgeous! The total length from the tip of each point, end to end, is 72" after blocking. Oh, I ended up using two skeins of yarn to get the length I wanted.

Oh my gosh, that is absolutely gorgeous. That zig-zag pattern happened on its own??

Thanks for reviewing the yarn as well as the pattern. :)
Yeah, I was amazed watching the colors make their own pattern in the scarf. It looks very nice laid out straight; you get the full effect then.
